HI CHI gift cards and gift certificates are valid forever, as indicated on the gift card or gift certificate. You must create a HI CHI user account or have an existing HI CHI user account, in order to redeem a gift card or gift certificate. Your creation of a HI CHI account and redemption of a HI CHI gift card or gift certificate is subject to your acceptance of the HI CHI Terms and Privacy Policy.

To redeem the HI CHI gift card or gift certificate, visit www.hichi-life.com/redeem. If you do not have a HI CHI account, you will be prompted to create a HI CHI account before redeeming your gift card or gift certificate. If you have a HI CHI account, you will need to sign into your HI CHI account. Once you’ve created your account or logged into your account you will be able to enter your PIN number or gift certificate code.

After successfully redeeming your gift card or gift certificate, you will have access to our 15 mindful meditations. Only one gift card or gift certificate may be added to your account at a time.

Hi Chi gift cards and gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Sales tax may be applied. HI CHI gift cards and gift certificates cannot be reloaded or resold. HI CHI is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift cards and gift certificates.

Use of the HI CHI gift cards and gift certificates in connection with any advertising, marketing or promotion or in any manner to suggest or imply that any person, product or service is associated with or sponsored by HI CHI is expressly prohibited, without HI CHI’s prior written consent.

Subject to compliance with applicable law, HI CHI may modify any of the terms governing your use of the HI CHI gift cards and gift certificates at any time, in its sole discretion. The most current version of the HI CHI gift card and gift certificates terms will be published on this website and will supersede all prior versions of the gift card and gift certificates terms.

Your use of the HI CHI gift card or gift certificates constitutes acceptance to these terms.
